Near-Bottom HOV Conductivity, Navigation, Oxygen, Pressure, Sound Velocity and Temperature Data from the North Pacific Ocean Ocean, acquired during R/V Atlantis expedition AT42-10 (2019)
This data set was acquired with a Navigation System,Sea-Bird Electronics SBE-49 FastCAT CTD and Aanderaa Data Instruments 5331 Oxygen Optode Sensor on Submersible Alvin during R/V Atlantis expedition AT42-10 conducted in 2019 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Jeffrey Drazen). These data files are of NDSF SCC Text File (ASCII) format and include Conductivity, Navigation, Oxygen, Pressure, Sound Velocity and Temperature data that were processed after acquisition and sampled at 1Hz. Data were acquired as part of the project: Collaborative Research: Assessing the relative importance of small vs large particles as sources of nutrition to abyssal communities. Funding was provided by NSF Award: OCE18-29612.
