Marine Geoscience Data System
EW9102 Seismic Reflection/Refraction
Raw Wide-Angle Shot Data (Sonobuoy) from the East Pacific Rise Spreading Center acquired during the Maurice Ewing expedition EW9102 (1991)
This sonobuoy data set was acquired during Maurice Ewing expedition EW9102 conducted in 1991 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Robert Detrick; Investigator(s): Dr. Robert Detrick and Dr. John Mutter). These data were acquired during multi (or single) channel seismic operations and the seismic shot time navigation file for MCS operations should be used for processing the sonobuoy data. Data files are of SEGY format and include Wide-Angle Seismic shot data that have not been processed. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Two-Ship Multichannel Seismic Investigation of the East Pacific Rise South of the Garret Fracture Zone, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OCE90-12596, OCE90-12707, OCE90-12781, OCE91-02899, and OCE92-96017.
