Calibrated Hydrographic Data acquired with a CTD from the Juan de Fuca Spreading Center acquired during the Atlantis expedition AT15-09 (2006)
This data set was acquired with a Sea-Bird SBE-911 CTD during Atlantis expedition AT15-09 conducted in 2006 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Deborah Kelley; Investigator(s): Dr. Jonathan Kellogg and Dr. Russell McDuff). These data files are of Sea-Bird CTD format and include Salinity, Pressure, Oxygen, Conductivity, Transmissivity, Fluorescence, and Temperature data and were processed after data collection. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Determining the Limits to Life in Submarine Hydrothermal Systems: Active Sulfide Deposits as Natural Laboratories and Smart Sensors for In Situ Monitoring of Hydrothermal Vent Systems, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OCE01-19999 and OCE04-26109. This data was cited by Kellogg and McDuff, 2010.
