Seismic:Navigation
Seismic Navigation Data from the Southeast Alaska Margin acquired during the R/V Maurice Ewing expedition EW0408 (2004)
This data set from the Southeast Alaska Margin was acquired with the LDEO Multi-Channel Seismic system during R/V Maurice Ewing expedition EW0408 conducted in 2004 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Alan Mix; Investigator: Dr. John Jaeger). These data files are of UKOOA P1/90 format and include Seismic Navigation data that have not been processed. For this experiment, the primary navigation source files for seismic data processing are the Seismic ShotPoint Navigation data. Data were acquired as part of the projects: Developing a Paleoceanographic and Paleoclimatic Record from the Fjords and Continental Margin of Southeast Alaska and Establishing Quaternary Climate/Terrestrial/Oceanic Linkages in Southern Alaska and IODP Site Survey, and funding was provided by NSF grants: OCE02-41828, OCE02-42084, OCE03-51043, OCE03-51062, OCE03-51075, OCE03-51089, OCE03-51096, OCE03-51620, and OCE04-55183. These data are cited by Berger et al., 2008, Worthington et al., 2008, Chapman et al., 2008, and Gulick et al., 2007.
