Vertical velocity models for Axial Seamount used to locate earthquakes from January, 2015 through November, 2015 (investigators William Wilcock, Maya Tolstoy, Felix Waldhauser, Adrien Arnulf).
The layered velocity models are based on seismic imaging of the volcano (Arnulf et al. Geology, 42, 655-658, 2014). The data files are in ASCII format and were used as part of a project titled Collaborative Research: Understanding the Spatio-Temporal Characteristics of Earthquakes at Axial Seamount Late in an Eruptive Cycle. The velocity models were used to locate earthquakes for the Wilcock et al. (2016) paper.
