Raw Near-Bottom HOV Bathymetry Data from the Gulf of America Gulf, acquired during R/V Atlantis expedition AT26-14 (2014)
This data set was acquired with an Imagenex 881 Scanning Sonar on Submersible Alvin during R/V Atlantis expedition AT26-14 conducted in 2014 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Erik Cordes). These data files are of Binary format and include Bathymetry data that have not been processed. Data were acquired as part of the project: Ocean Acidification: Physiological and genetic responses of the deep-water coral, Lophelia pertusa, to ongoing ocean acidification in the Gulf of Mexico. Funding was provided by NSF Award: OCE12-20478.
