Scripts used to create figures of data acquired near-bottom along the frontal thrust of the Cascadia Margin with MBARI's Mapping AUVs (MAUV1 and MAUV2)

This documentation is for MBARI's Mapping AUVs (MAUV1 and MAUV2) for missions 20210728m1, 20210730m1, 20210801m1, 20210801m2, 20210805m1, 20210806m1, 20210815m1, 20210816m1, 20230817m1 and 20230822m2. It comprises notes files that contain a hand-entered record of the mission, and includes data lists and the processing scripts used to process the data sets. The files is in ASCII format. The AUV survey missions were conducted during R/V Rachel Carson cruises along the Cascadia Margin. Data were acquired as part of a collaborative research project between MBARI and the U.S. Geological Survey. Funding for the AUV mapping was provided from the David and Lucile Packard Foundation.
