MSM-37 Pressure, Temperature
CORK-II Pressure Data from Hole U1382A along the western flank of the Mid-Atlantic Ridge (2014-2017)
This time-series data set was acquired with Paroscientific 8B7000-2 pressure gauges deployed at CORK U1382A from April 2014 to October 2017. This type of CORK installation is described by Edwards et al., 2012. The data file was retrieved during Atlantis expedition AT39-01 in 2017 (Chief Scientist C. Geoff Wheat). The data file is in ASCII (text) format and contains Pressure and Temperature data. The data set was acquired as part of the project called Collaborative Research: Completing North Pond Borehole Experiments to Elucidate the Hydrology of Young, Slow-spread Crust. Funding was provided by NSF grants OCE15-36601 and OCE16-34025 (Principal Investigator Keir Becker, collaborating investigators C. Geoff Wheat and E. E. Davis).
