Processed swath bathymetry grids and images command script for data acquired near-bottom in 2013 and 2017 as well as via surface ship in 2019 on the continental slope of the Canadian Beaufort Sea on several Arctic Ocean missions

This file contains the command script that was used to generate the project-level MBARI Mapping AUV Canadian Beaufort Sea swath bathymetry processed gridded data sets. The command script file is in ASCII format. The AUV survey missions were conducted during CCGS Sir Wilfrid Laurier IOS cruise 2013-22 (Cruise Chief Scientist - Humfrey Melling, Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada; project PI - Charlie Paull and investigators: Dr. David Caress and Eve Lundsten, MBARI) and during the 2017 KOPRI R/V Araon cruise ARA08C (Chief Scientist - Young Keun Jin, KOPRI; project PI - Charlie Paull and investigators: David Caress and Eve Lundsten, MBARI) while the surface ship bathymetery was collected during CCGS Sir Wildfried Laurier IOS cruise 2019-090 (Cruise Chief Scientist - Humfrey Melling, Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada; project PI - Scott Youngblut, Canadian Hydrographic Service) in the Beaufort Sea. Data were acquired as part of a collaborative research project between MBARI, KOPRI, the Geological Survey of Canada, and Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada to understand slope stability. Funding for the AUV mapping was provided from the David and Lucile Packard Foundation.
