Processed CTD data acquired near-bottom in 2013 from the continental slope of the Canadian Beaufort Sea with MBARI mapping AUV on mission 20131002m1
This processed CTD data set was collected with a SeaBird SBE-49 FastCat system on MBARI Mapping AUV mission 20131002m1 in 2013. The data file is in ASCII format and contains processed conductivity, temperature, pressure, salinity, sound velocity and potential temperature data. The AUV survey mission was conducted during the 2013 CCGS Sir Wilfrid Laurier IOS cruise 2013-22 in the Beaufort Sea (Cruise Chief Scientist - Humfrey Melling, Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada; project PI - Charlie Paull and investigators: Dr. David Caress and Eve Lundsten, MBARI). Data were acquired as part of a collaborative research project between MBARI, the Geological Survey of Canada, and Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada to understand slope stability. Funding for the AUV mapping was provided from the David and Lucile Packard Foundation.
