DSL-120 processed phase bathymetry and sidescan swath data of the Juan de Fuca Ridge southern Cleft Segment from Thompson cruise TN082 (1998)
Processed DSL-120 swath files covering the axis of the southern Cleft Segment of the Juan de Fuca Ridge from the known sites of hydrothermal venting (Vent 1, Vent 3, and Plume) to the Blanco Transform. Data were collected with the WHOI DSL-120 sidescan sonar towed 100m off the seafloor during the 1998 R/V Thompson cruise TN082 (Bill Chadwick, chief scientist). The swath files are in in MB-System format mb141. Funding for the DSL-120 mapping project was provided by MBARI.
