KM1005 Navigation
Processed Jason II ROV dive navigation at Mariana Arc: NW Rota-1 submarine volcano, acquired in 2010 during Kilo Moana cruise KM1005 (investigator Chadwick)
These processed navigation data files are for Jason II ROV dives that occurred during the NW Rota-1 submarine volcano cruise KM1005 in 2010. They were derived from DVL/USBL smoothed re-nav navigation files. The files are in shapefile format with a geographic projection and were generated as part of a project called Strombolian eruptions, magma degassing, and hydrothermal discharge at an active submarine arc volcano. Funding was from NSF grant OCE07-51776.
