Raw Ship-based Trackline Geophysical Data (MGD77) from the West Antarctic Peninsula acquired during R/V Nathaniel B. Palmer expedition NBP1603 (2016)
This data set was acquired with a Echosounder, Seatex Seapath330 Navigation System and Bell Aerospace BGM-3 Gravimeter during R/V Nathaniel B. Palmer expedition NBP1603 conducted in 2016 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Craig Smith, Investigator: Dr. Craig Smith). These data files are of MGD77 format and include Bathymetry, Gravity Field, Gravity Free Air Anomaly and Navigation data that have not been processed. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Collaborative Research: Fjord Ecosystem Structure and Function on the West Antarctic Peninsula - Hotspots of Productivity and Biodiversity? (FjordEco). Funding was provided by NSF award(s): PLR14-43680.
