This data set was acquired with a towed UH:HMRG IMI30 Sidescan Sonar on IMI30 during Thomas G. Thompson expedition TN273 conducted in 2011 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Fernando Martinez; Investigator(s): Dr. Fernando Martinez, Dr. Robert Stern, and Dr. Katherine Kelley). These data files are of NetCDF Grid format and include gridded Sidescan data and were processed after data collection. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Collaborative Research: The Southeast Mariana Forearc Rifts and the Southernmost Mariana Trough Spreading Center: New Insights into the Tectonics and Magmatism of Intraoceanic Arcs, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OCE09-61352, OCE09-61559, and OCE09-61811.
