Species Abundance and Species Distribution processed data from the Long Island Sound Estuary assembled as part of the LIS:Epifauna Data Compilation

This data set was assembled as part of the LIS:Epifauna data compilation (Chief Scientist: Dr. Peter Auster). The data file is in Microsoft Excel format and includes Species Abundance and Species Distribution data that was processed after collection. The file also contains species composition, diversity, and ecognition patch type assignments for each image gathered in the Long Island Sound Mapping Collaborative Pilot Study. Funding was provided by NSF grant: LIS-LISMARC-2012.
