TN253 Bathymetry
Processed Gridded (ESRI ASCII format) Swath Bathymetry Data from the Juan de Fuca Axial Seamount acquired during the Thomas G. Thompson expedition TN253 (2010)
This data set was acquired with a hull-mounted Kongsberg EM300 Multibeam Sonar system during Thomas G. Thompson expedition TN253 conducted in 2010 (Chief Scientist: Dr. William Chadwick). These data files are of ESRI ASCII Grid format and include gridded Swath Bathymetry data and were processed after data collection. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): NeMO 2010 - Axial Seamount, Collaborative Research: Monitoring inflation at Axial Seamount, and Collaborative Research: Function, activity, and adaptation of microbial communities in geochemically diverse subseafloor habitats, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OCE07-25605, OCE07-26093, OCE09-26199, and OCE09-29167.
