Ship-based Trackline Geophysical Data (MGD77) acquired during the Maurice Ewing expedition EW9801 (1998)
This data set was acquired with a ship-based Atlas Hydrosweep DS Multibeam Sonar system, Geometrics G-886 Magnetometer, and BellAerospace BGM-3 Gravimeter during Maurice Ewing expedition EW9801 conducted in 1998 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Gregory Moore). These data files are of MGD77 format and include Gravity Field, Singlebeam Bathymetry, and Magnetic Field data and were processed after data collection. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Seismic Reflection Study of Active Landsliding Processes on the Flank of Kilauea Volcano, Hawaii, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OCE02-21953 and OCE97-11715.
