Ship-based Trackline Geophysical Data (MGD77) acquired during the Maurice Ewing expedition EW9605 (1996)
This data set was acquired with a ship-based Varian Inc. V75 Magnetometer, BellAerospace BGM-3 Gravimeter, and Atlas Hydrosweep DS Multibeam Sonar system during Maurice Ewing expedition EW9605 conducted in 1996 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Bruce Appelgate). These data files are of MGD77 format and include Gravity Field, Magnetic Field, and Singlebeam Bathymetry data and were processed after data collection. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Time-Transgressive Deformational Effects of Oblique Underthrusting of Aseismic Ridges on the Puerto Rico Trench and Island Slope, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OCE95-03628, OCE95-04118, OCE95-04340, and OCE97-96189.
