Underway Hydrographic, Weather and Ship-state Data (JGOFS) from Laurence M. Gould expedition LMG0903 (2009)
This data set was acquired with a ship-based Navigation system, Thermosalinograph, Echosounder Sonar, Meteorological Sensor, and Fluorometer during Laurence M. Gould expedition LMG0903 conducted in 2009 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Robert Blanchette). These data files are of JGOFS format and include Salinity, Temperature, Meteorological, Visible Radiation, Navigation, Infrared Radiation, Conductivity, Fluorescence, and Bathymetry data. This data set was created from calibrated data decimated at 1-minute intervals. Several fields are derived measurements from more than a single raw input. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Microbial diversity in historic woods, organic substrates and soil and Abrupt environmental change in the Larsen Ice Shelf system, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): ANT07-32467.
