Abstract:
This data set was acquired with a Honeywell HMR2300 Magnetometer on Submersible Alvin during R/V Atlantis expedition AT42-06 conducted in 2018 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Patricia Gregg, Investigators: Dr. Patricia Gregg, Dr. Daniel Fornari, Dr. Michael Perfit). These data files are of Text File (ASCII) format and include Magnetic Field data that have not been processed. Data were acquired as part of the projects: Collaborative Research: Melting in the Off-Axis Environment - Interdisciplinary Field and Modeling Studies of the 8° 20'N Seamount Chain, EPR; EAGER: Early Career Training Cruise Opportunity - East Pacific Rise 9 50'N. Funding was provided by NSF Awards: OCE13-56610, OCE18-34797.
