Abstract:
This data set was acquired with a Navigation System,Sea-Bird Electronics SBE-49 FastCAT CTD and Aanderaa Data Instruments 5331 Oxygen Optode Sensor on Submersible Alvin during R/V Atlantis expedition AT37-06 conducted in 2016 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Andreas Teske). These data files are of NDSF SCC Text File (ASCII) format and include Conductivity, Navigation, Oxygen, Pressure, Sound Velocity and Temperature data that were processed after acquisition and sampled at 1Hz. Data were acquired as part of the project: Collaborative Research: Microbial Carbon cycling and its interactions with Sulfur and Nitrogen transformations in Guaymas Basin hydrothermal sediments. Funding was provided by NSF Award: OCE13-57238.
