Abstract:
This documentation is for MBARI's Mapping AUV (MAUV1) missions 20210728m1 and 20210801m1 in 2021. It comprises a notes file that contains a hand-entered record of the mission, and includes data lists, and the processing script used to process the data sets. The files are in ASCII format. The AUV survey mission was conducted during the 2021 cruise on R/V Rachel Carson along the Cascadia Margin. Cruise Chief Scientists - David Caress, Charles Paull; PI - Jenna Hill; and, investigators: Jenifer B. Paduan, Eve Lundsten and Janet Watt. Data were acquired as part of a collaborative research project between MBARI and the U.S. Geological Survey. Funding for the AUV mapping was provided from the David and Lucile Packard Foundation.
