Abstract:
This data set was acquired with a Honeywell HMR2300 Magnetometer on Submersible Alvin during R/V Atlantis expedition AT50-07 conducted in 2023 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Daniel Fornari). These data files are of Text File (ASCII) format and include Magnetic Field data that have not been processed. Data were acquired as part of the project: Collaborative Research: Monitoring hydrothermal fluids, crustal permeability and seafloor morphology in preparation for the next volcanic eruption at the East Pacific Rise, 9'50"N. Funding was provided by NSF Awards: OCE19-48936, OCE19-49485, OCE19-49938.
