Abstract:
This data set was acquired with a Navigation System,Sea-Bird Electronics SBE-49 FastCAT CTD and Aanderaa Data Instruments 5331 Oxygen Optode Sensor on Submersible Alvin during R/V Atlantis expedition AT50-04 conducted in 2022 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Craig M. Young). These data files are of NDSF SCC Text File (ASCII) format and include Conductivity, Navigation, Oxygen, Pressure, Sound Velocity and Temperature data that were processed after acquisition and sampled at 1Hz. Data were acquired as part of the project: Collaborative Research: dispersal depth and the transport of deep-sea, methane-seep larvae around a biogeographic barrier. Funding was provided by NSF Award: OCE18-51383.
