Abstract:
This data set was acquired with a Seapoint Sensors, Inc. Optical Backscatter Sensor, Navigation System,Sea-Bird Electronics SBE-49 FastCAT CTD, 1540 Magnetometer and Aanderaa Data Instruments 4330 Oxygen Optode Sensor on AUV Sentry during R/V Atlantis expedition AT37-06 conducted in 2016 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Andreas Teske). These data files are of PNG format and include Magnetic Field, Navigation, Optical Backscatter, Oxygen and Temperature data that were processed after acquisition. Data were acquired as part of the project: Collaborative Research: Microbial Carbon cycling and its interactions with Sulfur and Nitrogen transformations in Guaymas Basin hydrothermal sediments. Funding was provided by NSF Award: OCE13-57238.
