Abstract:
This data set was acquired with a Seapoint Sensors, Inc. Optical Backscatter Sensor, Navigation System,Sea-Bird Electronics SBE-49 FastCAT CTD, 1540 Magnetometer and Aanderaa Data Instruments 4330 Oxygen Optode Sensor on AUV Sentry during R/V Atlantis expedition AT42-03 conducted in 2018 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Erik Cordes). These data files are of PNG format and include Magnetic Field, Navigation, Optical Backscatter, Oxygen and Temperature data that were processed after acquisition. Data were acquired as part of the s: Collaborative research: Quantifying the biological, chemical, and physical linkages between chemosynthetic communities and the surrounding deep sea.
