Abstract:
This data set was acquired with a Reson SeaBat 7125 Multibeam Sonar on AUV Sentry during R/V Atlantis expedition AT26-06 conducted in 2013 (Chief Scientist: Dr. David Valentine). These data files are of NetCDF Grid format and include Bathymetry data that were processed after acquisition. Data were acquired as part of the projects: Development and Application of a Radiotracer Rate Method for Ethane and Propane Consumption; Dimensions: The Role of Viruses in Structuring Biodiversity in Methanotrophic Marine Ecosystems. Funding was provided by NSF Awards: OCE10-46144, OCE11-55855.
