Abstract:
This data set was acquired with a Seapoint Sensors, Inc. Optical Backscatter Sensor, Navigation System,Sea-Bird Electronics SBE-49 FastCAT CTD, 1540 Magnetometer and Aanderaa Data Instruments 4330 Oxygen Optode Sensor on AUV Sentry during R/V Atlantis expedition AT29-04 conducted in 2015 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Cindy VanDover). These data files are of PNG format and include Magnetic Field, Navigation, Optical Backscatter, Oxygen and Temperature data that were processed after acquisition. Data were acquired as part of the project: Collaborative Research: Connectivity in western Atlantic seep populations: Oceanographic and life-history processes underlying genetic structure. Funding was provided by NSF Award: OCE10-31050.
