Abstract:
This data set was acquired with a Reson SeaBat 7125 Multibeam Sonar on AUV Sentry during R/V Atlantis expedition AT26-15 conducted in 2014 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Cindy VanDover). These data files are of NetCDF Grid format and include Bathymetry data that were processed after acquisition. Data were acquired as part of the projects: Collaborative Research: Connectivity in western Atlantic seep populations: Oceanographic and life-history processes underlying genetic structure; Ocean Acidification: Physiological and genetic responses of the deep-water coral, Lophelia pertusa, to ongoing ocean acidification in the Gulf of Mexico. Funding was provided by NSF Awards: OCE10-31050, OCE12-20478.
