Processed sidescan mosaics from the MAR-3N ridge flank, 2010-2011
Abstract:
High-resolution sidescan sonar data was acquired with an EdgeTech dual-frequency 120/410 kHz system during REMUS 6000 AUV dives in 2010 and 2011. Navigation was provided using a transponder network. Data processing was performed by the REMUS group. The data files presented here are in GMT-compatible netCDF grid format and are projected in the UTM coordinate system, zone 25N. The horizontal resolution of each grid is 1m x 1m.
