Title:
Processed near-bottom Sentry AUV bathymetry data (netCDF grids) at the Mid-Atlantic Ridge (AT33-03, 2016)
Abstract:
The high-resolution near-bottom bathymetry data was acquired with a Reson SeaBat 7125 Multibeam sonar system on the Sentry AUV platform in 2016 during Atlantis cruise AT33-03 to the Mid-Atlantic Ridge (chief scientist Mark Kurz). These bathymetry files are in GMT-compatible netCDF grid format. The grids generally have 1-meter horizontal resolution. Those with "equal" in the file name have been gridded with the latitude cell spacing equal to the longitude cell spacing. The data set was generated as part of the project called Coupling Mantle Volatiles, Eruption Dynamics, and Tectonics on the Mid-Atlantic Ridge. Funding was provided from NSF award OCE12-59218.
