Abstract:
This data set was acquired with a ship-based SeaBeam 2000 Multibeam Sonar system during Melville expedition PANR01MV conducted in 1997 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Charles Langmuir). These data files are of MBSystem format and include Swath Bathymetry data and were processed at sea using the open source MB-System multibeam sonar processing software. These data are included in the GMRT Synthesis, version 1. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Constraints on EPR Magmatism Through Studies of the North Orozco Region and PANORAMA01, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OCE95-30470, OCE96-26934, and OCE96-26973.
