Title:
Processed ship-based Multibeam Sonar Data acquired in the Gulf of Corinth off the coast of Greece during the Maurice Ewing expedition EW0108 (2001)
Abstract:
This data set was acquired with a ship-based Atlas Hydrosweep DS2 Multibeam Sonar system during Maurice Ewing expedition EW0108 conducted in 2001 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Brian Taylor). These data files are of MBSystem format and include Swath Bathymetry data and were processed by the at-sea science party and the GMRT Team using the open source MB-System multibeam sonar processing software. These data are included in the GMRT Synthesis, version 1. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Deep Seismic Imaging of Active Continental Extension in the Gulf of Corinth, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OCE00-99277.
