Abstract:
These sidescan sonar images were collected with the H-MR1 towed system from the Macquarie Ridge during Rig Seismic cruise RS9401/RS124 (1994) by investigator Mike Coffin. The image files are in JPEG format and were acquired as part of a project called Transform and Subduction Tectonics along the Macquarie Ridge: Side-scan, Seismic Reflection, and Gravity Studies. Funding was provided by NSF grant OCE92-16873.
