Title:
Processed multi-channel seismic data (stacks and migrations) offshore California acquired during the R/V New Horizon expedition NH1320 (2013) using a sparker source
Abstract:
Part of the SONGS project, this 2013 R/V New Horizon expedition conducted a 2D shallow seismic survey, collecting both sparker and boomer data, in the vicinity of the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS), offshore California. The objectives included imaging the fault geometry in the seismogenic zone and determining the recurrence interval for the fault systems. These sparker data were processed by Geotrace. UTM navigation is in the headers of the original SEG-Y files. Funding was from Southern California Edison.
