Abstract:
This data set was acquired with a Echosounder, Navigation System and Gravimeter during R/V Falkor expedition FK151005 conducted in 2015 (Chief Scientist: Dr. William Sager, Investigators: Dr. William Sager, Jinchang Zhang). These data files are of Text File (ASCII) format and include Bathymetry, Gravity Field, Gravity Free Air Anomaly and Navigation data that were processed after acquisition. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Collaborative Proposal: How Did the World's Largest Single Volcano Form at a Triple Junction? A Magnetic and Bathymetry Survey of Tamu Massif, Shatsky Rise. Funding was provided by NSF award: OCE14-58908 and ship operations were supported by Schmidt Ocean Institute.
