Abstract:
This data set was acquired with the LDEO Multi-Channel Seismic system during R/V Maurice Ewing expedition EW0501 conducted in 2005 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Sean Gulick; Investigators: Dr. Sean Gulick, Dr. Gail Christeson, Dr. Penny Barton, and Dr. Henry Melosh). These data files are of SEGY format and include Multi-Channel Seismic Reflection shot data that have not been processed. Data were acquired as part of the projects: Imaging and Modeling Impact Generated Deformation at the Chicxulub Crater, Joint US/UK/Mexico Investigation and IODP Site Survey and 3D Tomographic Imaging of the Chicxulub Crater, and funding was provided by NSF grants: OCE02-20474, and OCE02-21101.
