Title:
Ship-based Magnetic Anomaly data from the Gulf of California acquired during the Maurice Ewing PESCADOR expedition EW0210 in 2002 (investigator Daniel Lizarralde)
Abstract:
This magnetic anomaly raw data set was acquired with a towed magnetometer during the Maurice Ewing PESCADOR expedition EW0210 conducted in 2002 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Dan Lizarralde). The data file is in Text File (ASCII) format. The data set was acquired as part of the projects: Seismic and Geologic Study of Gulf of California Rifting and Magmatism; Sea of Cortez Continental Extension and Rifting; and, The PESCADOR Seismic Experiment. Funding was provided by NSF grants OCE01-11738, OCE01-11983, OCE01-12058, OCE01-12149, and OCE01-12152.
