Abstract:
This data set was acquired with a hull-mounted Kongsberg EM710 Multibeam Sonar system during Falkor expedition FK007 conducted in 2013 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Charles Paull; Investigator(s): Dr. Charles Paull, Dr. David Caress, and Roberto Gwiazda). These data files are of NetCDF:GMT format and include gridded Sidescan data that were processed after data collection. This dataset contains two types of sidescan grids - files ending in sga.grd correspond to Sidescan Amplitude vs. Grazing Angle grids on a per file basis; Files ending in SsCF.grd correspond to sidescan grids compiled on a per day basis.
