Abstract:
This data set was acquired with a towed WHOI DSL-120A Sidescan Sonar on DSL-120A during Atlantis expedition AT15-17 conducted in 2007 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Emily Klein; Investigator(s): Dr. Scott White and Dr. Emily Klein). These data files are of GeoTIFF (Raster) format and include Sidescan data and were processed after data collection. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Anatomy of an Overlapping Spreading Center; Geochemical and Geological Study of the EPR 9deg03minN OSC and Medusa 2007, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OCE05-25872, OCE05-25894, OCE05-26120, OCE05-27053, OCE05-27075, and OCE06-39601. This data was cited by White et al., 2009 and Klein et al., 2013.
