Title:
Processed Near-bottom Bathymetry Grids (NetCDF:GMT format) derived from Multibeam Sonar Data from the Lau Back-arc Basin acquired during the Thomas G. Thompson expedition TN234 (2009)
Abstract:
This data set was acquired with a Reson SeaBat 7125 Multibeam Sonar system on the AUV D. Allan B. during Thomas G. Thompson expedition TN234 conducted in 2009 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Joseph Resing; Investigator(s): Dr. David Clague). These data files are of NetCDF Grid format and include gridded Bathymetry data and were processed after data collection. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Neovolcanic activity in the NE Lau Basin - Cruise Webpage and Northern Lau/Tonga Eruption Rapid Response - MARGINS, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OCE09-29411, OCE09-29881, OCE09-30025, and OCE09-34660.
