Abstract:
This data set was acquired with a ship-based Kongsberg EM300 Multibeam Sonar system during Thomas G. Thompson expedition TN253 conducted in 2010 (Chief Scientist: Dr. William Chadwick). These data files are of NetCDF Grid format and include gridded Swath Bathymetry data and were processed after data collection. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): NeMO 2010 - Axial Seamount, Collaborative Research: Monitoring inflation at Axial Seamount, and Collaborative Research: Function, activity, and adaptation of microbial communities in geochemically diverse subseafloor habitats, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OCE07-25605, OCE07-26093, OCE09-26199, and OCE09-29167.
