Post-eruption seafloor lava morphology at the East Pacific Rise at 9N (2007)
Abstract:
This data set was generated by interpreting seafloor images acquired with a Nikon Coolpix 995 Digital Camera on the TowCam towed imaging platform during multiple expeditions to the East Pacific Rise (Investigator: Allison Fundis). Data were acquired during New Horizon cruise TCS06NH (2006, Chief. Sci: Dr. James Cowen), Atlantis cruises AT15-06 (2006, Chief Sci: Dr. Karen Von Damm), AT15-13 (2006, Chief Sci: Dr. Karen Von Damm), AT15-15 (2007, Chief Sci: Dr. Timothy Shank), and AT15-27 (2007, Chief Sci: Dr. Karen Von Damm). These data files are of Shapefile format. Data were acquired as part of the Ridge 2000 Program Projects: From Local to Extreme Environments (FLEXE), and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OCE03-27126. This data was cited by Fundis et al., 2010.
