Abstract:
This data set was acquired with a ship-based Atlas Hydrosweep DS Multibeam Sonar system, BellAerospace BGM-3 Gravimeter, and Geometrics G-886 Magnetometer during Maurice Ewing expedition EW0004 conducted in 2000 (Chief Scientist: Dr. John Sinton). These data files are of MGD77 format and include Magnetic Field, Singlebeam Bathymetry, and Gravity Field data that have not been processed. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Galapagos Plume Ridge Interaction Multi-disciplinary Experiment (G-PRIME), and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OCE00-00478, OCE00-02189, OCE03-26772, OCE03-27018, OCE03-27051, OCE03-27289, OCE98-18632, OCE98-18886, and OCE98-19117.
