Abstract:
This data set was acquired with a ship-based BellAerospace BGM-3 Gravimeter, Atlas Hydrosweep DS Multibeam Sonar system, and Varian Inc. V75 Magnetometer during Maurice Ewing expedition EW9503 conducted in 1995 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Suzanne Carbotte). These data files are of MGD77 format and include Gravity Field, Singlebeam Bathymetry, and Magnetic Field data and were processed after data collection. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Seismic Study of the Shallowest, Most Robust East Pacific Rise: Magmatic and Spreading Rate Influences on Axial and Young Ocean Crustal Structures, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OCE94-02172.
