Abstract:
This data set was acquired with a ship-based Atlas Hydrosweep DS2 Multibeam Sonar system and BellAerospace BGM-3 Gravimeter during Maurice Ewing expedition EW0404 conducted in 2004 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Dale Sawyer). These data files are of MGD77 format and include Gravity Field and Singlebeam Bathymetry data and were processed after data collection. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Crust-Mantle Interactions During Continental Growth and High-pressure Rock Exhumation at an Oblique Arc-Continent collision Zone: SE Caribbean Margin and Broadband Ocean-Land Investigation of Venezuela and the Antilles arc Region (BOLIVAR), and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): EAR00-03400, EAR00-03440, EAR00-03544, EAR00-03572, EAR00-03588, EAR00-87361, and EAR03-38487.
