Abstract:
This data set was acquired with a ship-based BellAerospace BGM-3 Gravimeter, Geometrics G-886 Magnetometer, and Atlas Hydrosweep DS Multibeam Sonar system during Maurice Ewing expedition EW0104 conducted in 2001 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Andrew Fisher). These data files are of MGD77 format and include Gravity Field, Singlebeam Bathymetry, and Magnetic Field data and were processed after data collection. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): TicoFlux I: The Thermal State of 20-25 Ma Lithosphere Subducting at the Costa Rica Margin, Implications for Hydrogeology, Fluxes, and the Seismogenic Zone, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OCE00-01892, OCE00-01941, OCE00-01944, and OCE00-02031.
