Abstract:
This data set was acquired with a EdgeTech Sidescan Sonar on the AUV REMUS 6000 during Seward Johnson expedition SJ0902 conducted in 2009 (Chief Scientist: Theodore Waitt; Investigator(s): Theodore Waitt, Dr. Dominique Rissolo, and Michael Dessner). These data files are of NetCDF Grid format and include gridded Sidescan data and were processed after data collection. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Waitt Institute for Discovery: Search for Amelia, Search for Amelia, and Sensory Biology, Ecology and Biogeography of mesopelagic fishes and cephalopods.
