Abstract:
This data set was acquired with a ship-based Navigation system during Atlantis expedition AT15-15 conducted in 2007 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Timothy Shank). These data files are of Text File (ASCII) format and include Navigation data and were processed after data collection. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Collaborative Research: Integrated Studies of Biological Community Structure at Deep-Sea Hydrothermal Vents, IDEA: Coupling Communication Technology with in Situ Voltammetric Analyzers for Real Time and Unattended Monitoring of Biogeochemically Relevant Chemical Species, and Collaborative Research: MIP: Physiology and molecular ecology of thermophilic nitrate-reducing microorgansisms at deep-sea hydrothermal vents, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): MCB04\r -56676, OCE03-08398, and OCE03-27353.
