Abstract:
This data set was acquired with a Sea-Bird SBE-9 CTD during Atlantis expedition AT15-39 conducted in 2008 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Stephen Craig Cary). These data files are of Sea-Bird CTD format and include Conductivity, Temperature, and Pressure data that have not been processed. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Metagenomic Exploration of Virus-host Interactions in Deep-sea Hydrothermal Vent Environments, Protistan Abundance, Diversity and Activity in the Deep-Sea and at Hydrothermal Vents, and Extreme 2008 - Cruise Webpage, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OCE05-50491, OCE05-50829, and MCB07-31916.
